Yes i have the same issue. Its an Hardware problem

if flashing the latest firmware + factory reset after that don't help for this issue please contact your seller to exchange the phone.

On movies on the internet everything is fine. But the phones on these movies have android 6. Can I install android 6 on my phone myself?
