Phone call very serious problems

Hello,
we bought 100 Blackview Bv7000 Pro for our company operator that works on the territory as public hydraulic.
All of them report a lots of issue during call.
The call often drop after some time or they don't hear nothing for some seconds or the other iterlocutor hear nothing.
As now we are using 50 Blackview bv7000 Pro and all the operators are continuosly complaint to us for those problem.
The problem seems to happen everywhere, sometimes also in the city while connected at full LTE signal.
All the phone as been upgraded to android 7 and resetted with a clean configuration and updated to last relase. (the problem was present also with android 6).
With their 30 euro old phone they didn't had this problems and they want them back.

We are in Italy and we have Tim as operator, it use those bands:
2G GSM 900/1800 (GPRS, EDGE)
3G 900/2100 MHz UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA+, DC-HSPA+
4G 800/1800/2600 MHz LTE, LTE-A

We don t know what to do, they are making us crazy.
We hope in a way to resolve those problems.

It happen mostly where the signal is low. We are in mountain area and often the H2o depurator and other settlements are long away from the city without internet but with 2G medium/low signal (with old phones they still could make phone calling in most of the areas).
Talking to a operators he said me that often the call fall if,as exemple, is driving and the signal change from 3g to a medium signal 2g cause he made a turn over a big natural obstacle.

We have no other reports like yours and in our tests we could not reproduce this. Maybe it will help to exchange some of the devices over the seller (please contact us if you receive no help from the seller to exchange) and test out if you also have the same issues with an newer production-batch of bv7000 pro. If newer devices (with latest firmware) are not affected you could exchange them all.
