How to Exit BV7000 PRO boot menu

Hi i have entered the boot menu of BV 7000 Pro how to exit it . I am unable to exit it anymore

A) If you are in Boot mode you can select recovery, fastboot or normal. You can use the volume-up-key to move the selection and the volume-down key to confirm. Select "Normal" and confirm.

B) If you see an open android with "no command" press vol-up and power to enter recovery

C) If you are in recovery mode you can select by vol-up and vol-down and confirm by power. Select reboot to restart.
