Blackview, can not fix this problem? The battery runs out quickly, in less than 8 hours of use .... The temperature always rises to 48 °. I do not use games. Just use, YouTube, web browsing, facebook, whatsapp, eBay etc etc.

Please answer my questions to find a solution for that issue!

- Is it possible to charge the device (turned off or turned on)?
- Had you tried a factory reset in recovery?
- Which software version are you using (newest: viewtopic.php?f=176&t=191529)?
- Was your phone delivered with Android 6 or 7?

The device was received with android 6. After I updated with android 7, I ran step by step, as you advised you. After 3 days the device started malfunctioning. Phone locks many bugs, battery no longer holds charge. I have the latest software 06/07/2017. I posted everything above
, see screenshots
