I have this BV7000Pro for 6 weeks. It's a good phone, I'm quite happy with it and still without a scratch. Which is great, because the one I had before (ulefone metal) just took me 5 months to crush it, twice.

However, since the first week I'm experiencing the slow charging issue, where it takes around 12 hours to charge from 1% to 100%, and like 8 hours from 1% to 80%.

I saw there were users with similar problems, and they could somewhat fix them upgrading to 20170523 version, the last before Android 7 update, and I was hoping Android 7 would also fix the problem, so I thought everything would be easily fixed, but I didn't have the time to update the ROM until now I'm on holidays.

Now I have the time to do it, I CAN'T CONNECT THE PHONE TO ANY COMPUTER!

I have Windows 10 64, and I have installed drivers in any possible way: manual, autoinstallation, old and new drivers, for my OS version and for others, and nothing. Phone has debugging mode on, the cable is perfectly attached in both ways to phone and PC... I tried connecting the phone off and on, it only charges battery. I have also tried in another computer with WIndows XP 32 bits, and still no reaction from the computer when phone is connected. Phone just charges battery the same (slowly).

I have some experience flashing ROMs in different Android devices, and every now and then I had issues with drivers, software and faulty phones, and I can tell this is a problem of the phone connectivity. What can I do now?

If you are sure it's no driver problem (maybe check with an other windows version) you can try an other cable (with extra long micro usb connector). If that don't help there may be a problem with the devices usb port. You could ask your seller for free help or it check it by your own or in a local repair store.

I feel unable to solve it on my own. I thought it could be a cable problem, but I couldn't find any USB c-type cable with long connector like the original.

Anyway, it charges properly (although slowly) so it doesn't seem like the cable. And the different OS didn't work either. I'm going to ask my seller for a solution.

I have the same problem. I had a lot of smartphones and no such problem like with this BV. I hoped it would be problemless, but i think now it's just cheap cheneese shit. I will never buy BV again. 7000 PRO is restarting 20 times per day, charging takes 8/9 hours and suspending all the time. Shame on you!

Shake hands Pellet: have exactly the same problem with the standard BV7000 on Android-7. Different Win-7 64bit / Win-XP 32 bit, different drivers versions tested in different ways untill i bricked the phone and had to disconnect the battery to get it working again. Luckily, Blackview offered an OTA update (Android 7=> Android 7) and that went fine. Maybe a complete fresh Windows installation (not-tweaked / optimized services etc.) will work.

I have suffered this before, because transmitting current of the computer port is not strong, the computer can not recognize the USB.
And I changed another port in the computer, then the device been recognizced, you can also try to do this.
Or you can first make the device installed on the computer.
