how to save data

Hello,
i have a very urgent Problem. My new Blackview 7000 pro does not start after an update. So i go to your Forum and see that there is a way to fix it. Your admin write you should start the Handy in recovery and he also discripe the way. So i start it in recovery mode and wait for the open Android an after that i see the Android recovery menu. In this menu ui can choose "backup user data". I have to save my Pictures and Videos very urgend, because the birth of my son was filmed by the blackview. But the mobil don´t Akzept the Micro-sd. Please help me and tell me a wy how i can save my Pictures and Videos. It´s very important for me. By the way: To Format the Mico-sd Change nothing.

You could try an other micro SD for that kind of backup. Please note that the backup file may only be useable with the same device, no other of same type.

Please concretize your answer. I don´t want to by an new Micro-sd again without sin. Is there an other possibility to save the Dates?

I don't know an other way to save the data if your phone don't start. Trying an other micro SD might be the best solution. I can not say what's wrong with your phone and if an other card will work but I think so.

You write anopther Card. Please say what Kind of other Card. I try two differnt 64GB Cards. Tell me which Format and which SD-Card-Company works with blackview. I try sandisk. Are you sure that the Handy accept 64gb cards

64GB from Sandisk should work normally but I also saw fake sandisk cards before that was not working in this phone.
