USB connection

I have my first seriusly issue with 7.0 OS. After update i connected my BV to my computer without any problem. Few hours later my BV shutted down and doesn't respond. I pluged in to the computer and it showed the image of battery like on low percent, after that it showed 93% and started well. The problem is BV doesn't recognise connection to the PC. I want to admit my options are setted propertly as transfer of files. I can't even flash my OS on any way or downgrade. Please give me your advice what to do. I tried even wipe/factory reset.

1) Try to complete charge a)with phone on b)with phone turned off
2) accurately check the cable/connection
3) if you manage to charge recheck if flashing works now with high battery percent

Charging from 56% to 100% took 8 hours. After that nothing happened. What is going on with my BV? Is there any way to flash this device? I can tell the cable to plug pendrive is not recognisable too. Let me know if you have any idea what to do...

I asked for help, becouse this way didn't work. I kwnow how to flash device propertly. I have got good drivers and i tried that on two computers. It seems software has seriously faliure.

If nothing else helps you may ask your seller for help (repair / warrenty replacent / etc).

We don't have SD card to upgrade.

I understand. I have to wait until you release official firmware via OTA. In other way i will loose my guarantee. Have you any date of official release?
