How to set up AT&T 4G?

Hi, I just bought a BlackView BV7000 Pro, I started to configure my new phone, but I can't make it connect to 4G network, could anyone please Help me?

I'm having the same issue. I live in the US and have At&t. The APN settings are accurate for the network but the phone will not connect to it.

You should have looked at the supported frequencies before buying - only B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 are supported and AFAIK AT&T uses B2/B4/B5/B17.

Derk is right. please check if the frequencies of your carrier are supported by this phone.

How did you find find this? I didn't see that info anywhere. I had the same problem in Slovenia with provider A1 (big European provider). Phone recognized provider but did'n connect to 4G network.

I went to provider's tehchnical help. Guy there checked access point (APN) parameters and told me that parameters were not read correctly from SIM card. He changed two of the parameters (one was Proxy, I don't remember the other one) and then phone connected to 4G network.

Maybe this can help somebody.

A simple google search for "at&t lte band" gives a at&t forum posting as first result having the information - not really hard to find.
