I bought my BV7000 Pro a month ago and yesterday I noticed that the upper half of the screen stopped to work! I can't even put the pattern to unlock the fone. It's completely useless now.

I live in Brazil and what can I do now? I just have this smartphone.

Try a factory reset. If that don't help your screen or device maybe have to be exchanged. Please ask your seller for help in that case.
Maybe a computer mouse over usb can help you to factory reset and data backup
