I tested this and can not confirm with a BV7000 Pro and Firmware 20170523. If you use an older ROM please update. If you already use this ROM Version please make a factory reset:

(you will loose all personal data on the device with this, so safe it before performing this)
- Start the phone into recovery: Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- When the open android figure with red triangle is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Edit:
PS: Of course WIFi keeps on if you turn only mobile data off.

Thanks. I got it. Can you tell me which update i need to put into my phone and install? Is there any risk to end up like other clients with dead phone, or this is small update? Should i just wait for the Android 7 update and doing nothing risky? Thanks in advance.

The newest version is 20170523. You can download here: viewtopic.php?f=176&t=134354

Safest way is a local file update. Save the download file in your phones storage. Go to the OTA screen and open the top-right-menu to select the update file.

You can also flash over PC but that is not that save if you don't understand what to do. Flashing tutorial is here: viewtopic.php?f=176&t=141026

I have the misfortune of buying a BV7000 Pro and I have the same problem. BV7000 pro software is very poor and the instructions to update the ROM are not as clear as they could be. Why haven't you done an OTA fix to clear up all the problems that are in this phone? This has been costing us users money as the phones are using up data limits when they are stuck with sub standard software. Where is the OTA fix as most of us don't have a doctorate in phone jargon and techno speak? Let me know when your phones become user friendly and I might switch back from the Samsung.

How do you find the OTA screen, it doesn't show up when you search phone? Why don't you put screen shots up so we can see what we are supposed to be looking for? So many problems with the software and so few answers, those that are answered are generally incomprehensible and hard to follow.
