My BV7000pro DIED after 3 weeks

Sun Jun 18, 2017 10:47 am

I was so impressed with the BV6000, I bought a 7000pro. It was a great phone, for three weeks.
The battery got down to 47% and the phone started continuously re-booting, and getting really hot.
I turned it off, put it on the charger overnight, and zero.... No charge light, nothing! It's a totally dead.
3 weeks of use...
Any help appreciated.

Great to see Blackview company, rushing to assist me with my new Blackview bv7000pro problem.
Unfortunately it's like a Chinese cordless drill.... Works for a week, then throw it in the bin...
So much potential, but the "make it cheap, don't give a rats arse, if it lasts a week" attitude...
I'll be making a FB page, named unhappyblackviewbuyers(or similar name)... Also a dot com.. And, I'll be posting/commenting on youtube reviews...
Tough phone... my arse

you dont seem to have read any of my replies.
if the phone is constantly rebooting, turn it off completely, open sp flash tool and flash the most recent rom or if that the rom that broke your device use an older version, dont just complain and not follow advice.

Yes, I was slow reading your replies.
I would open the sp flash tool and flash the most recent rom, as suggested. But it does not turn on... I can't do any work on a phone that is dead... I'll explain it to you again. It's dead (No turn on, is possible).
If I could turn it on, we may be able to do something. I truly appreciate your advise and help. When I say it's dead, that means, when I turn it on NOTHING HAPPENS. It is a dead phone. It is totally unresponsive?
I'm 55yo I don't play games, I wanted a tough phone because I'm clumsy. I do phone calls, texts and some photos.I'm careful with the rubber plugs?? I don't get it. I was at a restaurant, it(the phone was hot) and cycling a continuous reboot. I turned it off. Charged it all night(No charging light appeared).... And zero.
I'm using my bv6000, but, that gets weird under 50% battery.

again, it doesnt need to be turned on, hence why i said turn it off, you only need sp flash tool to speak to the vcom drivers

Here is a tutorial to flash your device: viewtopic.php?f=176&t=141026
Flashing is working even if the phone is turned off. If you are not able to flash a phone please contact your reseller for help.

Think you are seriously missing the point, a phone should not fail. Expecting your clients to flash roms is hardly professional way to approach problems.

Anybody running a legitimate copy of W10 means that the first step of flashing is important. Installing the drivers is virtually impossible.

If Blackview wants to be taken seriously, you will need to improve your quality and your service.
