no vibration, when the phone rings

Sun Jun 18, 2017 9:24 am

I have a litle problem: when the phone is ringing there is no vibration, regardless of whether the space is normal or outdoor. If I choose a space with only vibration, the vibration is very weak.

Please check if you have activated "Settings > sound > also vibrate for calls". If it's activated but the phone don't vibrate you can try a factory reset or software update.

Software update: "settings>about phone>wireless Update>check for updates" Newest version today is 20170523

Firmware reset (will delete all your data!):
- Start the phone into recovery: Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- When the opened android figure and red triangle is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- (Maybe backup your Data to SD-Card)
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if that solved your problem.

Not all devices have a problem with wireless update.
If it don't work for you, you can also perform local file update or flash over PC.

Then I understand that my phone is in trouble.I think all the BV7000Pro phones in the first series have problems. If I look at the forum, by far the one dedicated to the BV7000Pro is with the most technical problems encountered in a short time. Honest on Blackview's side is to replace the phones from the first release with those in the second series, with Android 7.0, at no additional cost. I have encountered all the problems reported on the forum, from the proximity sensor to the loss of connection (except the power supply, but it is not known if it will not appear) The impression left is that of a phone made in the garage, with software made in mockery . In my country, I paid $ 365 for the phone only to qualify for the warranty. The support is on the ground, the hardware the same. It's the first forum I've seen showing you how to dismount the phone. Seriously??

Thanks it helped. Now the vibration works, but I think it could be stronger. Is it possible to adjust it?

NOT ALL first BV7000 have problems and ALL will be able to flash to Android 7. No one is forced to open their phone but for those who prefer to do it instead of sending their phone around the world we like to give the best help and show all possibilities.

Sorry, I don't know a way to adjust the vibration to be stronger.
