Hello,

I have a problem with my BV7000 Pro.

I have purchase it on April 2017 and was satisfid with it until yesterday it fall from my daughter hands and goes into sudden death mode with not power and no charging at all. I tried everything but the phone is dead like it does not have any power at all or the battery is not connected.

The phone from outside is intact and there are no cracks or anything showing on it.

I believe it is a good phone and very strong but not sure how to solve this issue now.

If anyone have solution please provide with thanks.

The battery may have a bad connection in the phone while it fell down.
You can disassemble the phone and check.

Thank you. I have disassemble the phone. The battery was connected very well or I'm not sure ..

Maybe the issue with the power button? how I can check? In my country there is no body have BV .. I believe I'm the first one

I feel unlucky it's only few months since I purchased.

I guess the battery have to be replaced. Please contact your seller for getting help with this.

I unplugged the phone battery and now it cannot be plugged again?

Also, power button stuck as pressed not sure how to solve this.

Also when opened, the fingerprint link cut..

Any idea how to solve these 3 problems? Where to buy spare parts?
