Dear Blackview,
after one month regular daily usage of BV 7000 Pro in gray color, both metal parts of sides cover became shabby. Can you offer me some solution for this issue?

Maybe BV can offer some links for different replace parts( camera or other spareparts)

I am sending you a photo of the new phone when I received it. In my opinion the material of metal parts of sides cover is bad quality. Even my hands smell after metal when I use my phone.

No not yet but i have my phone only since maybe 3 weeks. But iam interesting if i can buy some replace parts maybe at aliexpress?

If you buy these new parts - metal sides covers, I think after 2 month use that will be the same. I think the problem is in bad material quality and technology . It must be replaced with better parts, not the same

Looks like the dark grey paint is going off at your device.

You can try to ask at service@blackview.hk for a replacement.
Maybe try out the silver metal parts I guess they are not painted that way (not sure).

I am very sorry, I wrote you something wrong. My colleague told me that it's better to ask your seller for replacement parts. The seller will contact us directly and will help you to get the parts.

Its OK, but I think my seller will want from me to send whole phone with acessories. Not only the side parts.
