I had the same issue and sent it back for repair in April - picked it up at customs today - got a new phone replaced.
But new phone with old software - February ROM on a phone sent in June, Blackview, you really like to p*ss off your customers...

It doesn't matter if you like to change the camera by your self or exchange the device: If your phones camera don't work correct please contact your seller for help.

The Problem is, if i contact gearbest i habe to send it to China. I have to pay for that. Then they test it and send it back vor replace it. This takes round about 10-30 days (gearbest say this) so q. I wohnt pay for that 2. i cant be 10-30 days without my Smartphone. So how could i replace it ...

Please ask your seller for a replacement camera if you like to change it yourself.
