Hi everyone, i have a short question.

I bought a bv7000pro two weeks ago from gearbest.com i get it and i recognized that the camera will not focus. I attache some photos for example...

So gearbest say: ok you can resend it to us and we can replace it or refund it or we can refund 25$ and dont replace it.

But resend and replace takes up to 30 days and its not easy (Customs)

In the other hand 25$ is not much for a defect camera... So i attached a few pictures maybe you can say if this is normal or not. Maybe i can set some settings to make the pictures better? maybe in the engeneermode?

i think the camera dosent focus at all...

The Frontcamera seems to be ok...



And here the backcamera (Maincamera)

Have you tried different focus modes or a different camera app like open camera?

I try open camera yes. But what do you Jean with focus Modes? Wäre can i change it?

If you're using open camera theres 3 dots above the options cog, tap on that and select from the focus modes. I will list them for you:
Automatic focus
Infinite focus
Macro focus
Locked focus
Continuous focus

I try all focus modes Form opencamera but its still the same issue.....

what rom version are you using?
