Hi my Bv 7000 pro is turning of itself when the battery is lower then 90% . i have to restart it and then i have to set the clock and the date. What shall i do? I have only used it for 2 weeks. And when im shaking the phone it feels like something big is loose inside.

that sounds like your battery connection is bad. You could ask your seller for free exchange or let it fix in a local mobile repair store fast and easily.

No, if you do everything like shown in the video and don't forget to mount any seal the waterproof will stay.
