I bought in MARCH 2017 the BV7000 Pro from TomTop.com but it was missing the Sim Card Tray !

I have been in contact since then and they keep telling me that they will send me a SimCardTray... but they have NOT sent me one and it is now JUNE !

I have the phone on my desk waiting 3 months now !

Can you please help me by sending me one.
