How does it crash and when?

Had you tried other apps like "open camera"?

I got two issues, but not everytime. The first issue is when i want to make a photo and press the button i got a black or grey screen. Only a restart helps.

And the photos are not really sharp generally.

The problem is that the camera autofocus is not so precise. I recomend you to go on cam setings/scene mode and choose Portrait, instead of Auto. The focus works much better in this mode , but you can't save the changes, so everytime you'll have to set it again
Good luck
