Hello Blackview support , I bought BV7000 pro having firmware ver 20170324.

1)When I try to do wireless update, it say "upto date". I downloaded rom from your website , but not sure how to update.
2) I want to block some contacts for incoming calls. Android 6 supposed to have this feature , but I couldn't find such feature on BV7000 pro even though it has Android 6.
Please advice and suggest solution urgently

Hello Admin, Thanks for reply. I looked at the firmware upgrade process. looks little complicated.
If required then only I will upgrade my phone . At this moment If number blocking issues sorted then I will really appreciate.

Hi we have opened the wireless update for version 20170411, you can check for updates now, of course you can choose to update or not as your wish, you don't need to do this if you don't want this.

We have checked that the BV7000 Pro doesn't have this number blocking function.

Thanks for wireless update. I was going through android 6 features as per that it should have number blocking feature. So kindly consider this feature as one of the future upgrade. Thanks again for support
