Already out of order

Disappointment ! My BV7000 Pro is down after 6 days (no drop no immersion).
No more calls, no video, the microphone causes a huge breath, the same for video recording or tape recorder. No real sound is recorded.
Another problem, more autofocus with the camera, fortunately, the focus is locked on remote shooting, but for subjects less than 1m, it gets cloudy.
I am currently in New York on holiday (I am from Switzerland), it is a big problem for me: - /
I have already restarted, reset the BV7000 Pro my problems are still there!
I do not know if I continue with Blackview, I was so happy with my BV5000 and BV6000
