Already out of order

Disappointment ! My BV7000 Pro is down after 6 days (no drop no immersion).

No more calls, no video, the microphone causes a huge breath, the same for video recording or tape recorder. No real sound is recorded.

Another problem, more autofocus with the camera, fortunately, the focus is locked on remote shooting, but for subjects less than 1m, it gets cloudy.

I am currently in New York on holiday (I am from Switzerland), it is a big problem for me: - /

I have already restarted, reset the BV7000 Pro my problems are still there!

I do not know if I continue with Blackview, I was so happy with my BV5000 and BV6000 :-(

What happend before the problems began? Had you try a complete factory reset?

Had you opened the seals while flight? I once had problem with loudspeaker of bv6000 for some hours after flight become of the pressure.

Good evening, it was very good for 6 days in New York, again yesterday morning perfectly, then in the evening it was down! I did everything I could do, including complete factory reset.

try reflashing the rom maybe something got corrupt or something

Back in Switzerland (I take the opportunity to confirm that the BV7000 Pro does not work in 3G or 4G in the USA, another big disappointment, while the BV6000 works very well !) With my BV7000 Pro always down, I will try To flasher the rom with the latest version, which I already have now. I download the rom, but how to install it ? I can not find the procedure! And since the admin does not consider it useful to help me with my problem that makes my BV7000 Pro unusable, if you have a procedure, on MAC or Chromebook, I would be very happy ! Thanks to the user community ! Blackview admin disappointed :-( :cry:

practical case ! Can not validate a Whatsapp Web session on my Chromebook, the scan of the QR code is impossible because very blurry! I will ask a refund to Amazon, the seller or I buy this BV7000 Pro. Admin Blackview, this could have been an excellent smartphone, but not 3g / 4g in the US, the more auto-focus problems that take place on many devices (see all forum posts) and microphone failure make it Disaster! Blackview MUST settle this to stay credible! huge disappointment !

Hi, because of the frequency, BV7000 pro can not be used in some place of USA.
To install the ROM, you can follow the below flash manual.

Hello. Seriously? You can not make it simpler? !!! I will not even try! Luckily for me, it was bought at Amazon! I send it back to me and I am refunded!
