My blackview BV7000Pro do not work on Trinidad and Tobago

Dear blackview_admin:

My phone was bought on China, on GearBest, but I did not received help from them.
The phone works with Digicel Trinidad. I found this problem on first use.
It appear a nice device, but if no possible to be used as a phone, it is an expensive brick.
The phone only make or receive one call at time.
After that, the phone stop to work (as a phone), it is possible to use the camera, review the files, the settings, o navigate by internet, but it is not possible to make or receive other call. Once reset, it make or receive other call, then it will block again.
If I use this SIM on other blackview BV7000Pro (bought on United States) it works ok, then the SIM works well, and the problem is the phone.
The phone make or receive one call. Since it can communicate with the company normally once, I think the issue is some internal configuration, which cause the phone stop to communicate whit the cellular network. Once it stoped, the phone is not more registred en the cellular network.
I was comparing the software running on both phones, the other one, have an older version like this, and some original settings are different. The software for my phone is the latest version.
I already made a factory reset, but problem still same, nothing changed after that.
I live on Trinidad and Tobago, there are no blackview service close to area to send the phone.
I performed this same explanation on this page three days ago, but no answer yet.
May be the right solution is copy all phone cellular networks configurations from the phone that works to the one, that's is failing? Please tell how to do that.
I´m ready to clone the other phone, which is working well, but I need instructions to do that, or perform other task you tell me.
Is it possible you send me some instructions to fix the issue, please?
May be, it's same problem reported by other user's: the phone do not work on Canada or Mexico?

Hi currently can not work in Canada nor Mexico.

You can check the frequency range of BV7000 pro in the below link.

May be you don´t read all the description I does before:
The phone can make or receive one call before be blocked. Once reseted it can make or receive other call. It need to be reseted every time it is necessary to make or receive one call.
Other Blackview BV7000 Pro, (buyed on USA) is working normally with same company (Digicel Trinidad), and my SIM works ok on other Blackview BV7000Pro, then the problem is not related with frecuence or the SIM.
The other phone have a different software version, my phone have the last one.

Please try to the below way to fix your problem, try to upgrade to the latest version.
Settings--about phone--wireless uptade--check for updates.

@admin lpossamay already wrote that he is using the latest firmware while getting this problem ( @lpossamay wich version number? ) and an older firmware on an other bv7000pro is working fine. Maybe a very special problem in the newer firmware? Or maybe an malfunction only with this special device?

@admin, I want to confirm this: will the SIM be disconnected after make or receive one call?. May be the phone have some settings about.
How to download the log about phone activity?
I already tryed all basics options, like check if the phone is running last software, or run a factory reset.
Are there any way to access the codes to check those options or the service manual?
If not, please give me some address to send the phone to some authorized service center in North America, or South America.
Or Tell me, the factory sold me a bad product, with no service on this part of the world, and I lost my money.

After making or receiving one call, if your phone is disconnected, there must be some problem.
1. Before the problem happens, did you set something with your phone or install some app on your phone?
2. If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button""stop""
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening."

Thanks by your instrucctions. (The engineer code you send me was not complete, you lost something at the beginning), but still I saved the log, according instrucctions.
I reseted the phone, then I entered the engineer code, and start the register, I make one call at 8:07, when I tried to make other call, and the phone was not able to do that. After that, I entered the engineering code again, and stop the register.
I performed other register when I received one call on the phone after reset 08:24.
Into the directory you tell me, there are many files, I compressed two foldes files into: . . . mtklog/mobilelog
If you need something more, please tell me, exact the files you need.

Dear Admin:

I sent the information you requested, accordong your instructions more than one month ago, I still waiting some answer from blackview.
We have two phones, under same condition here on Trinidad and Tobago working with DIGICEL.
Both phones are blocked after make or receive one call.
I can´t believe only here the blackview BV7000Pro model have this kind of problems.

Could you help me please?

Your location is in South America, so it is the same problem about the frequency band.
