If you will have this problem, you have to do the volume setting.
Later we will post the solution on this forum.

"To enter the engineers code go to phone and dial pad and enter the code.

You are now in engineer mode with the top tab telephony.
swipe across until you get to hardware testing.
select audio
select volume
select voice
you will see the drop down menu for receiver, hac, headset, speaker.
select either receiver or speaker
manually change UL gain to say 240.
scroll down the screen and hit the button Set.
go back using < key.
then select voice again just to check the setting for UL gain has changed
then press home and test by ringing someone or receiving a call."

*#9646633# engineer mode changes seemed to have worked, changed both receiver and speaker UL gain to say 240. Still, this should not have happen on a brand new smartphone!

Reseller told me to try factory reset, I did it twice and second time it did work and volyme was ok for a day, and today again very low volyme whatever I do. And in low I mean that I cant hear almost anything what person calling is saying. And still no volyme problems with using headset. It seems to be very common problem with this phone. And i have another one already coming also, it would be shame to send both back to seller because it would be very nice phone without that freaking volyme problem. Please get this sorted soon if its somesort software problem.

I am also having this problem with my brand new bv7000 pro phone. I have the volume on full when making or receiving a call but can't hear the person that I am speaking to very well at all but they can hear me. I have gone into the engineers menu and changed the settings as you have suggested but this hasn't helped or increased the volume at all. What do I do next?
