Hi
I just received the BV7000 PRO that I've bought for my mother, but my joy ended soon as I've started experiencing problems with the device.
There are 2 kinds of behavior that I'm experiencing:
1) everything works smoothly, I stop using the phone thous the device goes in "standby" (or whatever it's called) the screen goes off, when I try to use it again part of the screen is black(as if it is not correctly powered) and it does not respond to touch (check video 1) ... after a few of clicks on the power button (turning the screen off and on for a few times) it starts to work correctly again
2) some other times the screen won't lit anymore ... it's on ... it lit's a little, but there's no image. the only solutions that works is to forcibly restart the device for a few times (check video 2)

Has anyone encountered something similar?
Is there any chance that this could be a software issue, thous it could be fixed with some software update ? I strongly doubt it but it worth to ask.
