Whats wrong with this rugged phone?
Just received my new BV7000 pro and The OTG and cable charger can not connected.

Please advise.

I think the problem is in the software
At first there was a strange problem, the mobile was constantly charging without the cable.
Then the same problem otg and charger cable can not connected or charging
Great disappointment

Has this been resolved?

I have plugged in the OTG cable, firstly it didn't recognise the usb, now it shows it is charging without the cable, and if I do plug in charger, it will not charge.

How to fix?

please try out if you inserted the USB correctly. Sometimes it seemes to be plugged but is not inserted completely/canted.

Please reread the issue:

1. Phone was working fine
2. Inserted the OTG cable
3. Phone showed it was charging, usb stick not recognised by the phone using OTG cable
4. Removed OTG cable from the phone, it still showed it was charging, without any cable
5. Inserted charging cable, even though charging symbol was showing, it wasnt actually charging
6. Battery on phone went empty
7. Left on charger for 10 hours, no response by phone, cannot turn on, no lights

Have tried multiple usb C cables, and different power outlets
