SIM card reading problem

Hello everyone,
I received my phone a few days ago and noticed two major problems:
1. Microphone level seems to be fluctuating - during conversation every 30-60 seconds there is a few seconds moment, that people barely hear me. I noticed that other people also had problems with it. I could try their solution, however for now it seems to be not possible, because...
2. The phone has major problems in reading SIM CARDS. Usually when I put SIM card, it connects to the network, however after a few minutes (maximum a few hours) it disconnects and doesn't connect any more (no networks visible). Sometimes it doesn't connect at all.
The problem certainly is not related to:
- location with poor signal - I am located in such place that there are at least 10 different networks (2G, 3G, 4G) available and on any other phone there is full signal. I tried three different SIM cards and the same problem occurs in case of all of them.
- lack of compliance with our network standards and protocols - since it sometimes connects and it is possible then to have phone calls/use mobile data, this is rathen not a reason
Maybe it is related to hardware? Software? Any ideas how to fix the problem are welcome.
