driver mac os and windows 8 for BV7000 pro

Hi. I have a blackview bv7000 Pro. He work very well. i have just a little problem : my pc or my mac dont work with my cellphone .i have mac os Sierra 10,12,3 and windows 8,1. my computers dont reconize my cellphone. How do it please ? is exist a driver for mac and windows ? i think yes but where can i found it please ?

From your comments, we couldn't find the exact problem, is there anyone else at your side have the same problem?

My question is simple : were can I found à driver for my mac or my computer with Windows 8 please ? I repeat my pb: when I connect my cellphone on my computer, with original usb câble, nothink append....

Play around with the drop down menu on USB options trying different options. Also go into developer options and turn USB debugging on and off as this worked with my MAC just now (also need to install Android File Transfer for the MAC)
