BV7000 Pro not turning on nor chargig

Hi, received my new BV7000 Pro just 3 days back, I charged it to 100% then started using it with no SIM card at home (wi-fi connection only).
On friday night battery was still 80% but the phone wasn't turning on. I connected the standard charger and suddenly the phone came back to life. Saturday morning same problem but no reaction at all, not even connecting the charger. Now the phone doesn't react at all.

Can you please offer the picture of your charging cable? We want to check if it is the right cable.

Hello I am facing the same problem, i dropped the "Shockproof" phone and it turned off. I tried turning it back on but no, then i put it on Charge and it worked. I dropped the phone again to see its reliability but this time it turned off and won't power back on even when i connect Charger. The phone does not even charge any more.
What is wrong with it?

Hello,
I am facing the same problem. The device worked fine but i dropped it and it turned off. It was only by about 30cm height and doesn't charge or power up. Don't understand why. No damage to device.

You can try to disassemble the phone and check if the battery is connected well with the phone.

I have the same problem as well. I tried to disemble the device and find that the battery is connected.
Is there any solution? it's only 3 months of using I was happy with the device till it fall down .. it was near my bucket not from far.

Maybe the battery have to be replaced. Please contact your seller for help.
