Cannot charge brand new BV7000 Pro

I just received my new BV7000 Pro from Gearbest. Too excited, I immediately used the phone since there was about 75% battery life. When the battery went to 20%, I connected the charger to AC. The phone indicated "Charging". Unfortunately, the battery instead of increasing in %, it decreases gradually all the way to 0% and OFF. I am then unable to charge the battery at all. Tried all means, using other chargers & cables, but to no avail. SAD

i am located in singapore. Yes, I had tried and make all possible connections still nothing.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I received my BV7000 last week from Amazon, I have been using it on the battery that it brought.
Today I tried to charge it but the same... phone says it is charging but the battery goes down to 0%. I noted that even if I unplugged the charger it would still say it is charging. I made sure everything is well connected and I have tried different charges and cables (also charging from the computer).
I'm located in Switzerland and I will send pictures as soon as possible.

Yes, please send the picture of cable, if this is the wrong cable, you can contact the online shop to get reshipment, the shop will get our support to reship to you. First please send the cable picture for our checking.

The same thing happened to me! It just got in my hands yesterday, and now it won't charge. It took 2 weeks to get it to Brazil, and when I do, it lasts one day? Please tell me there's a solution for this. Where do I send the picture to?

I have the same problem, yesterday I inserted a second SIM card and today the display did not react anymore, so I used the OTG-cable and mouse to reboot the device. Now it says that it's charging - but it does not - 0% left ... what can I do. I don't think there is any cable problem...

are you using the blackview charger, or one that was supplied for your country?

My bv 7000 is not loading either. I believe it is not cable. I caught it after I used the otg cable for the first time. I believe it may have damaged the / usb charging board. Does it sell that sign? Thiago Quaresma Brazil - SP
