Your official stock rom has test keys in the build still switched on which is making certain apps like banking apps and Android Pay not work as they think the ROM is rooted or customised. One of the main reasons I went for this phone was due to the fingerprint so I could use these services.

You won't need pictures or a video simply install a root checker such as 'Simply Unroot' and it will tell you about the developer flags.

Alternatively try install Android Pay and it will tell you it thinks the ROM is rooted or a custom ROM

I'm in the UK but that won't make much difference. Im on ROM version BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170224, which came shipped with the device and cannot find anywhere to download an uptown date version if there is one

I have the same issue. Some apps will not work because i get this error saying "your device appears to be rooted. This application cannot run on a rooted device"

That is no new issue, the Blackview DEVs are doing it all the time.

I have the same issue when trying to run apps. I get a message saying that the app can not run because the phone is rooted. I have had the bv7000 for 4 days now.

Hello everyone, as for BV7000 Pro, some apps like google pay or android pay can not work in this phone.

Can we take the previous statement to mean you will not be fixing the ROM then?
What could have been a great phone is ruined by hundreds of niggles like not being able to use ANY but the cable that came with the phone for charging or headphones and a really really bad ROM.

If you're not going to fix the ROM can you upload the tools needed to build our own or shall we just give up on Black view?

Anyone else have the nvram warning error on wifi?
