Hey I just got my Blackview BV7000 Pro, and it wont charge at all.. I have tried different charging blocks and cables... all with no success, also I tested to make sure that the cables and Chargers I was using was the right Amps and Volts, And that they worked with other phones, this is really frustrating cause I just bought the phone... it came with 30% battery when i bought it and now I have no way of charging it.... the other thing is it cant be recognized by computers either.... any advice or help that you can give me before I send it back????

In this photo, is the wall charger that came with the phone.. and the adapter to make it into 110 does work I have tested it with a different device, Do you think there is anything I can do, Or is it a hardware issue and im going to have to send it back for warranty....

Ive tried to send videos through email... it wont let me, I sent something to this forum and it hasn't been posted... the phone still wont charge and i need to get a new one... can someone actually contact me so I can figure this out......

I have the same problem. Not only will it not charge, but the phone has completely run out of battery and now it wont start either...

From your picture, we can not see that the phone can be charged or not.
But from your comment, do you mean that your phone can be charged now because you used an adapter to change the voltage?

@admin No, his phone still don't charge. If it would charge the red bar on top would go away.

@CoastalBudgetBuilds Had you checked all connections? I once had the problem that bv7000pro don't start charging and noticed that I just had to push the cable a little bit more inside to let it work. Maybe also try an other USB C cable. And if really nothing helps you, you could change it over guaranty of your seller.

My blackview have same problem with this to, my location is in Indonesia
I charge my batrey, but stil battery power still droping until 0%.
And i need to shutdown my phone for charge my batrey..
Problem with the battery or the cable ?
Because when i use the adaptor for other phones, it still work...

Please check this:

- do you have a bv7000 or a bv7000pro?
- is the cable working for data transmission (from BV7000pro to PC) with this phone?
- have the cable the needed longer usb-c plug (some users have received a to short one)
- Is the cable able to load other devices?
- Is it pissible to intert the cable a bit deeper into the phone? Maybe it's canted
- Try other cables with longer usb-c-plug like this ones: https://www.aliexpress.com/af/bv7000-ca ... isViewCP=y
- can you load the phone with this cable and an other wall-charging-plug?
- Is it possible to charge the phone if it is turned off?
- can you test if charging works somewhere with 230V?
- Is it possible to charge after flashing the latest firmware and making a factory reset*?
- Is it possible to charge again after deeply discharge the battery (let the phone go off from empty battery, try to start again, maybe wait some days)


wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

I have the same issue after purchasing a new ( i thought was new) off Eseller on Alixpress! I noticed the Mic does not work and the charger either. very upsetting as when i arrived it had full charge which was weird. and now wont charge at all and no use of the mic! any help ??
