Notification on lock screen

Hello,
I would set the display of notifications on the lock screen. Unfortunately I can not. The setting returns to "do not show notifications entirely."
I have "smart lock" active. It may depend on it?

For me disappeared the Trusted Places menu option from the Smart Lock menu, I restarted, but nothing changed.
