so BLACKVIEW dont have solution about my technical problem ? what BLACKVIEW technical support can't fix my technical problem ?

Please, answer us. Is the Blackview Support working on something, or they think that is already solved? We need to know if we can believe in a solution or we need to buy another phone.

you can see it in the disscussion what the Blackview support working or something. currently My phone is getting worse day by day.

I would like to thank the worst support that I ever seen im my life! My phone already died, it is literally blackview. I should bought a Samsung, but I was dumb enough to buy a Blackview. Thanks again, I will try my best to advice everyone that I can, to NEVER BUY A BLACKVIEW.

I have the same problem on my BV 7000 PRO. The screen is blinking and per moment the screen become black and i'm forceed to reboot it.
I live in France. The BV 7000 PRO don't propose me to make update by OTA when i check news update, it said me your phone is up to date.

i have the firmware : BV7000_PRO_Blackview_201700523_191854

For update it to lastest firmware BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170919, must i update the firmware step by step :
start by update firmware BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170622 to upgrade from 6.0 to 7.0
continue to firmware BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170712
then to firmware BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170717
and finish with firmware BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170919

This method will fix the problem ?

flash the latest firmware over a pc. You can go direct to the lastest. This should solve you screen issue. if not please ask your seller for exchange.
