We provided a fix and it worked on our test-devices and for other users. If it don't work for you it is hard to help without watching the device. It would be the easiest to exchange it.

You buy the phone from Gearbest, so send the phone to Gearbest not to Blackview. If your seller dont respond, simple open a case on paypal and resolve exchange or return your phone here

I am having the same problem again too. I did the update by flashing, used the "BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170717 to fix the blink screen problem" and it worked for a couple days. Now the screen is flickering again, and its worse, sometimes the colors change, sometime the screen goes all black and I need to lock the phone and unlock again to get back to normal.

I bought my phone on Aliexpress, from GaGa-Mart store. I really don't want to send them again, because I dont think that they will send me another phone, the Blackview is my main phone.

I helped some brazilians to do the update, recorded a video to teach them, and they informed to me recently that they are having the same problems.

How can you help us?

Open your paypal and find the payment then open the case.

Via Paypal is the best way to buy a phone. If you bought outer Paypal use a support / resoluton center in your site. In other way there is no help with your refund money. In the future you must find the store where can you buy a phone with paypal account.

I have no experiences with buying on your site/store TOKOPEDIA.
