Re: My BV7000pro DIED after 3 weeks

Fri Jun 30, 2017 5:12 pm

Hi, all concerned owners of the bv7000pro.... How can I re flash, if the 1st step, is make sure your battery is 70% ... It's fucking dead, I don't know if it's 1% or 99%... I can't tell if the c*nt is off or on??... Oh btw the bv6000 screen died.... Who do I send 2 dead phones to? I'm back to using my $20 Nokia.... My first "SMART PHONE, TOUGH PHONE" experience...Pfft,... I work for the UN in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. We teach local people, how to find and report unexploded ordanance (Err Bombs). And we dispose of them.... The next YT video, I'll put 2 dead Blackview phones, on top of a cluster bomblet... That may boost sales?
So much potential, so many bugs.....

Please check if the water has been into your phone, it may cause the subplate short circuit, you may take your phone to fix this board.

It's never been underwater. It's been in my pocket while it's raining heavy, I work outdoors in tropical climates, in SE Asia(That's why I bought an IP68 phone)... And how the fuck do I check to see if rain water got in under the rubber plugs? Your just blaming me, your customer(with 2 dead phones + my brothers dead bv6000) that I didn't have the plugs in... FFS!
Quote: "you may take your phone to fix this board"... Great idea, so I have to fly to Singapore from Vietnam, find the online shop in Singapore... Flights and accommodation, time off work(That's for the bv7000pro), then fly to China, and find a Aliexpress online shop(for the bv6000)... Can Blackview organize and pay for flights and accommodation.... Can't you guys admit, that there is software issues?
They are a very tough phone, but you guys have issues.
Send me a DHL prepaid bag and I'll get them back to YOU

This is the response, I expected.
Great, You tube review/promotional videos... Infomercials sell, sell, sell. Worry about fixing the software after.
Here is some Amazon.de reviews...
https://www.amazon.de/product-reviews/B ... geNumber=1
I never opened fucken walnuts, or Almonds, or hammered fucken nails into wood, or froze the cunt in water, then threw it out the window.... The biggest mistake I made, with both(bv6000 and bv7000pro) was, as soon as the battery got low... They're fucked. There is no come back. As much as you say, I didn't have the waterproof plugs in properly, is bullshit. I work in SE Asia, it rains a lot. Both phones, had not been under water?? Heavy rain, Yes, but in my shirt pocket? IP68.... It wasn't the plugs. Something weird happens, on low battery. I don't want a refund. I want to warn other people about a second grade phone, that doesn't deliver.
