And to use root browser you don't need a rooted phone, without root privileges it's a convenient way to browse the areas the stock file manager doesn't show you.
And for fixing bugs the task lies with the company providing the buggy software - believe me, I worked in quality and escalation management of Europes largest software company. If some company would buy these phones for business use and run in the root trouble they would most likely sue Blackview and then they would be fast in fixing it...
