Due to the frequency limited, the BV7000pro can not be working in USA, Mexico and South America.

admin, i don't agree, is a excuse for not given the solution, or tell me why you say that is the reason of the problem.
if that is the reason of the problem, why the phone is working perfectly until we make o receive a phone call.... only after that, the phone start whit the problem. i leave in mexico.

have you tried downgrading to see if the problem persists? if so it may be a hardware issue

hello admin, i still in the search of the solution. i found there is no need for reboot the device after receive/make a call, this is what i did, after end the call i go to config/sim cards, and turn off the sim, and than turn on again, the phone will be without signal for 5 min and 30 seg, after that time start working again....... if i make another call have to do it all over again, or just reboot the device

is this means something to you?
there is something i can do in engineering mode?

have you tried reseating the sim?
like pulling it out for a minute and putting it back in
or its because of the updates not being installed cleanly
whenever updating to a completely different version of android such as 6.0 to 7.0 it should always be a clean flash

to anyone ho has the problem whit the phone on the calls. (phone lost signal after a call, has to reebot)

go to settings, "more", cellular network settings, preferred network type, choose the option 2g.

i try this solution in 2 phone blackview 7000pro, Now I can make a second call without rebooting the phone
