SO I am in Melbourne with a day old BV7000 pro !! I am having the same issue :roll: Did ANYONE above get a good result please??

Can confirm that I have neither reached nor been offered a solution on this; the phone does not operate on the 850MHz band as advertised, which is the band Telstra operates on for voice calls. Entering engineering mode on the phone itself confirms that the band is not supported. Just quietly, I'd recommend getting your money back while you still can.
