BV7000 pro Ear Phone cover

Bought a new bv7000 pro, but the top cover don't fit right, no matter how much i try
Because of this, i just can't close the ear phone port and consequently I can not get wet
I uploade a photo to show how it fits
What should i do ? I just can't make it fit !

Contacting your seller to have a replacement is the best move.
As an alternatve, if you want, you can do what Marco-66 suggested.

I had more than 10 pieces of BV7000 and every gasket was fine, firt you must push down the right side then left with slowly moves.
