After 1 year using of bv7000 pro I have the problem of charging the battery.
After 6 hours of charging it just 80%.
Next, from 15% to 0% and turned off less than 1 minute has passed.
And after connecting the cable the charging didn't start for a few hours.

Where I can buy the new battery? And can I use the battery of bv8000 pro (4180 mAh)? they look the same.

I don't reccommend using other batteries except the proper model one, as it may become hazardous.

Yepp, the quality of the components used just ensures to pass warranty period without too many claims.
Battery from 15% to 0% in seconds I now - less than a year after I recieved my replacement phone quite often.
One of the reasons I always carry the BV7000Pro with me - to be able to talk about it and the hopless service you get after purchasing, so less other people fall for this brand...
