Did you perform a proper factory reset? if yes, and the issue is still here, it looks like an hardware fault. In this case, there's nothing more to do execpt contacting your seller to have the device replaced under warranty (if still running).

Unfortunately it's not our fault if your seller doens't honor warranty terms.... next time buy directly from our store or from a trusted store and you won't have issues like that anymore.
