Dear blackview,
I have BV7000 Pro over a 1 year and if the battery level is under 10% the phone turnning off. It is bad battery or what can i do to fix this battery issue ?

Lifetime of the phone battery is maximum 2 days on wifi etc.

There is a diagram from AccuBattery (which i installed after i got this phone):

The same happens to me with 14% battery power.
It suddenly shuts off.

No answer, so probably we must change our batteries?!
