Hi,

I have a problem with my BV7000 PRO... Since this weekend, randomly, the volume up or down and the power buttons do not respond.. I've checked and I don't think that it's mechanical...
No water infiltration (caches were always closed)...
I've bought this phone two mounths ago..
Could you please help me ?

You could check the contacts below the side metal parts by your own (teardown video: viewtopic.php?f=175&t=151560) or ask your seller for help.
