BV7000 hearing problem when calling

I have the same problem when someone call me sometimes its impossible to hear the voice I did everything change to ul 240 on engineering mode nothing change
low voice problem when in coming calls bv7000 pro? any help please :cry:

Had you updated to the latest version ( viewtopic.php?f=176&t=191529 ) ?
