Hello, I have a problem with phone if I use and listen web radio on mobile app and the battery will down (with and without charging. Charging is too slow and battery will down always). If the battery is too much down phone will turn off. But if I connect to wall usb charger, it do nothing. No charging, no led light and no turn on. Is just one way to rebirth baterry, with xiaomi powerbank. After few minutes with charging of this powerbank will starts led light and start charging from 1%. Other chargers do nothing after fwe hours. The problem is at android 7, latest update. Do you have similar problem anybody? I am very scary always the baterry is death and do nothing with normal charging. Sry my english and thank you for answer

Please update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
