Hello BV Team,
I got a BV7000 Pro 3 weeks ago, when it arrived I upgraded apps and installed new ones such as YouTube, upgraded Google Play Services, etc. But when I first opened YouTube I got black lines in my phone, I tried factory reset but it kept these lines, is there anything i can do to get rid of them? Any guarantee maybe?

Hi, as you can see in the photo there are some horizontal lines, also when I try to see a video on YouTube or in the web browser the screen goes dark for a while and then comeback.

I guess the screen or its connection is broken. I guess you have to exchange your phone over your seller.
Or you could open the phone and check the screens wire connection.

Hi Phil,
At first I thought so, but is working perfectly fine unless I open YouTube or MAPS, but I think I will have to ask the seller to change it.

I have the same problem with my BV7000Pro. I bougth the phone and two days later it started to fail, screen lines. Have you been able to fix it? Sorry for my English.

I've had my phone for 1 week and after half the screen blinking and glitching it stopped and then left one line across the screen.
tried rebooting and still have the line there.. any help is appreciatted.. i contacted the seller who keeps telling me to reboot but i think a replacement or refund is in order/.
