Hi, Ive had my phone for one week and the lower half of the screen started blinking , when it stopped there is now a black line across the screen that wont go away. I factory reset and still its there. is this hardware or software issue as the seller says it is a software issue. running version bv7000 pro 20170224

the blinking stopped after a factory reset, but the line wont go away. how do I remove it? is it even possible?
