Hi there

The phone is now for 4 days in usage and got already its first swim. However, afterwards, we started to have issues, which seemed to be related to the outdated ROM (charging issues). So we updated the ROM, all worked fine, device completely reset. Still, the back/home and the third button are not working. All other HW buttons are fine. Touchscreen except of the buttons not working is also fine.

I noticed, that after the swim, the front camera had some water drops below it.

Any ideas?

"Start the phone into recovery:
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select ""reboot system now"""
If still can not fix your probelm, please contact the on line re-seller to get solved until your phone is still under the warranty.

I have installed the latest ROM: BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170523

I also put the device as described into recovery mode. However, it didn't solve the problem.

I've reached out to Gearbest, and they claim, that I damaged the phone (although using it within specified parameters). I'm trying to make them understand, that we didn't do anything wrong with the phone.

if youre having problems try using the sp flash tool to flash the latest rom to your device, this requires your phone be turned off when you plug it into your pc
