Wifi Problem (No Mask and Second DNS)

I have a problem with wifi on phone. Phone connect to any Access Point without problem, but it can't recieve subnet mask.
(I set by hand or by DHCP server subnet MASK: 255.255.255.0 - but result on phone 0.0.0.0).
And the same problem with second DNS. I setup 8.8.4.4 - result 0.0.0.0

Any suggesting?

I can not confirm this in my tests.
Is there anyone else with this issue?
Maybe a factory reset might help.

If phone connect to "home" wifi AP and recive ip from this AP - all ok (no mask recived, but internet work). If phone connect to wifi AP in bridge mode, and recive ip from corporate dhcp server, and net have some vlans and routes - wifi connected, but no internet on phone(local net work good). I try with several phone and AP.
