I noticed that the proximity sensor does not work well with high lighting levels or with direct sunlight on the screen.
In practice, when you make a call does not switch off the screen approaching the phone to your ear.
In brightly lit environments it works regularly.
Is this hardware or software error?
How do I fix this problem?

Can I get an answer from blackview_admin?

you can calibrate the sensor in engineer mode.

- type *#9646633# into the keypad of the phone app
- go to tab "Hardware Testing"
- open "sensor > Light proximity sensor > PS Calibration > Calibration > do calibration"

Please read my post number 1 and number 9, calibration is already done and I think it is a hardware error.

Have you tried downgrading to an earlier build of the rom?

When you open the phone there should be a tiny rubber part in front of the sensor. If you like you can try if its mounted in right direction.

(here the same part at BV6000, in the first shown seconds of the video at 3:37 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFc-n5Y ... be&t=3m37s )

Sorry, I do not open the phone and I will not open the phone to others.
I have 1 year warranty, I bought from a serious seller, if it is not a software problem I will send back the phone.

You don't have to open the phone of you don't like, just wanted to show up all possibilities for you.
For warranty device-exchange please contact your seller.
